By accessing or using GHL Lite, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the service on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company.

1. Service

GHL Lite provides CRM tools including contacts, messaging, automations, forms, and third-party integrations. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts and workspaces

You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and for activity under your account. Workspace administrators control integrations and team access.

3. Acceptable use

• Comply with applicable laws, including anti-spam and telecommunications rules
• Obtain consent before messaging contacts
• Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or deceptive practices
• Honor third-party platform terms, including Meta Platform Terms when using Facebook integrations

4. Facebook integrations

If you connect Facebook Lead Ads, you agree to Meta's Platform Terms and Developer Policies. You authorize us to process Facebook Platform Data on your behalf solely to provide CRM functionality for your workspace. You must not use imported lead data in ways prohibited by Meta.

5. Customer data

You retain ownership of data you submit to the service. You grant us a limited license to host and process that data to operate the service.

6. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not affiliated with Meta Platforms, Inc. or GoHighLevel.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GHL Lite will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or applicable platform policies.
